At SayNicely, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for our subscription plans.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with SayNicely within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

This guarantee only applies to the first payment of a new subscription and does not apply to subsequent renewals or upgrades.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@saynicely.me with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the transaction.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated).

Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period of a cancelled subscription after the 14-day guarantee period has passed.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests from users who have abused our refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refund requests).
